電動機啟動故障有哪些原因


三相異步電動機一相或兩相繞組燒毀(或過熱)的原因;

       如果出現電動機一相或兩相繞組燒壞(或過熱),一般都是因為缺相運行所致。當電機不論何種原因缺相后,電動機雖然尚能繼續運行,但轉速下降,滑差變大,其中B、C兩相變為串聯關系后與A相并聯,在負荷不變的情況下,A相電流過大,長時間運行,該相繞組必然過熱而燒毀。為三相異步電動機繞組為Y接法的情況:電源缺相后,電動機尚可繼續運行,但同樣轉速明顯下降,轉差變大,磁場切割導體的速率加大,這時B相繞組被開路,A、C兩相繞組變為串聯關系且通過電流過大,長時間運行,將導致兩相繞組同時燒壞。

特殊情況下,如果停止的電動機缺一相電源合閘時,一般只會發生嗡嗡聲而不能啟動,這是因為電動機通入對稱的三相交流電會在定子鐵心中產生圓形旋轉磁場,但當缺一相電源后,定子鐵心中產生的是單相脈動磁場,它不能使電動機產生啟動轉矩。因此,電源缺相時電動機不能啟動。但在運行中,電動機氣隙中產生的是三相諧波成分較高的橢圓形旋轉磁場,所以,正在運行中的電動機缺相后仍能運轉,只是磁場發生畸變,有害電流成分急劇增大,最終導致繞組燒壞。

相應對策:無論電動機是在靜態還是動態,缺相運行帶來的直接危害就是電機一相或兩相繞組過熱甚至燒壞。與此同時,由于動力電纜的過流運行加速了絕緣老化。特別是在靜態時,缺相會在電機繞組中產生幾倍于額定電流的堵轉電流。其繞組燒壞的速度比運行中突然缺相更快更嚴重。所以在我們對電機進行日常維護和檢修的同時,必須對電機相應的MCC功能單元進行全面的檢修和試驗。尤其是要認真檢查負荷開關、動力線路、靜動觸點的可靠性。杜絕缺相運行。
